Store will go online 12:01 AM on Monday, November 8th through 12:00 PM on Friday, November 19. All ore-orders will be processed and made available for pickup by customers at their championship site. Schools may place GROUP orders online through the store and pay by credit card OR they can call Ed Martin at 951-333-5384 and place their GROUP order verbally. An INVOICE will be created and emailed for the band to pay either by credit card or band booster check hand delivered to our sales staff. Group orders will be sorted, boxed, and available for pickup at their championship site.
If we happen to sell out of a size on the day of championships, we will give the customer a copy of the OR code so they can place their order online. These orders will be accepted until 8:00 AM Sunday, November 21st. Order will be processed free of shipping and sales tax and shipped after December 7th.
Post championship sales will be open from 8:01 AM Sunday, November 21st through 11:59 PM Tuesday, December 7th. These orders will be subject to sales tax and shipping. Due to supply chain we cannot guarantee orders to arrive before Christmas.
As in the past, we wish to offer medalist bands the opportunity to order Medalist Apparel. We will prepare a packet with information on how to order. Packets will be handed to the head judge to be given to the band director during awards.
