Alternates are not required to fill out forms or pay fees UNLESS called up to fill a position in one of the ensemble.

Please follow the steps below to confirm your acceptance.

  1. Click HERE to confirm your acceptance and sign all paperwork.
  2. Download and print the signature form found HERE.
  3. Pay your Non-Refundable Honor Group Participation Fee either by:
    • Credit card (Print out email receipt and mail with signature form).
    • Check (Payable to SCSBOA in the amount of $135.00).
  4. Mail the signature form and payment to:

Deadline for receipt of forms and payment is January 2, 2017 – NO EXCEPTIONS!
